Layout Formation
It is a process that groups the land parcel in to logical order like Mouza & Khasra. The received applications for Regularization are grouped under layouts. The interface is provided to capture the necessary data regarding Layouts; the key information is Mouza & Khasra. It is used for retrieval criteria for retrieving Application Data or Plot Data. -
Application Entry
Every City is getting the overwhelming response from the Citizen for the Gunthewari Development Scheme. The computerized system was deployed for the entry of application. Citizens has to submit the ownership document and construction map for the built upon structure. -
Plot Reservation / Block
It is an extension of the Layout Formation process. In this process DP reservations are marked against the certain plots and certain plots are blocked from further processing due to number of reasons related with ownership or legal dispute -
Demand Generation
The received applications are scrutinized in order to collect regularization charges, the demand note specifying the amount been generated from the computerized system along with necessary documents. - Memo
The system has an interface that provides the generation of memo for the non-payment of demand notes or a sort of reminder to deposit specific document at processing office due to which further process was stuck. - Demand Payment
The system has an interface that records the receipt data. The local administration instructed the banks to collect the demand amount on its behalf for the convenience of citizens. - Regularization Letter
The system has an interface that prints the Regularization Letter, it is a statement that declares the land / piece of the land is regularized it is entitled for the rules prescribed under MRTP act. The system has precautionary measures like on payment of demand-note then only it is accessible. - Plot Query
The system has an interface that queries the data based on various criteria like name of layout, plot number, mouza & khasra - MIS
